We had a great experience with Cooling Specialist! Walied was amazing at coordinating and scheduling everything, making the entire process so easy and seamless. Our technician, Tyler, was equally wonderful! Both were professional, friendly, and very timely. We really appreciated their communication and how smoothly everything went. I did my homework and checked out 5 different companies for efficiency, experience, and cost. Each one led me to Cooling Specialists. The costs from the other companies were $1500 to $6000 more.  I contacted Wally, the owner, who was patient with my many questions (and follow-up phone calls), and after reading many outstanding reviews, I signed the contract. Unlike most of the other companies, he did not require a deposit for a full air conditioning system (rooftop) and indoor air handler. Tyler from Cooling Specialists arrived exactly as I was told, informed me ahead of time that he was on the way, did an exceptional job with the installation, hauled away the old system, cleaned up, and was extremely courteous.  What I obtained was exactly what the many reviews had indicated.  Outstanding company and personnel whom I would not hesitate to hire again for all of my air conditioning needs. Cooling Specialists is the best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with…by a long shot!!  The company and all the employees I had the pleasure to work with were amazing.   They are professional, reliable, punctual, and overall simply a great company to work with.

When our HVAC system went out in the middle of the brutally hot AZ summer, Cooling Specialists was there to save the day.   The total amount of time  from the minute Greg showed up to inspect my broken HVAC system, to the minute Tyler and Cory left my house after installing our new HVAC system….less than 48 hours…that’s all it took!!   And to top is all off, their pricing beat out 3 other HVAC  company’s estimates by more than 20%.

If you do business with Cooling Specialists, you will not be disappointed.

Update: I just had Cooling Specialist change out my 27 year old AC unit. They were on time and completed the job in 3 hours! They changed out my 3.5 ton unit with a 4 ton unit and furnace. They cleaned up after themselves. I shopped around and Cooling Specialist was by far the best deal, beating everyone by several thousands of dollars! I highly recommend Cooling Specialist for your AC servicing needs. The Technician was on time and very knowledgeable, he explains everything I needed to know about my (3) AC units. I had all (3) capacitors changed on my AC units and at a very good price. I did call around to get (3) prices. Cooling Specialist, I would highly recommend to my family & friends! My AC units are old, but they didn’t try selling me new units, instead made them more reliable by changing the capacitors. Tyler did an excellent job diagnosing our A/C issue, clearly explaining the problem and our repair options, and quickly fixing it. He was professional, knowledgeable, competent, and pleasant to work with.
